Two-year Warranty
In accordance with the relevant regulations and laws, Villeroy & Boch products sold in China (including Hong Kong and Macau) following the following warranty periods: 1. Taps and fittings (including shower/basin mixer and kitchen mixer): 2 years for the whole, 5 years for the cartridge; 2. Ceramics, wellness, furniture and other kitchen products: 2 years. Please refer to the relevant proof of purchase as the start date of the guarantee.
